Hello everyone,

Tomorrow's Lincolnshire Echo sports section is dominated by news of people staying and leaving.

We speak to Ryan Amoo, who has played just four minutes of first-team football at Sincil Bank since the arrival of Peter Jackson as manager. The former Aston Villa trainee tells us if he thinks he has a future at Lincoln and reflects on his "Mr Versatile" tag.

Now that the January transfer window is here, we look at the potential signings to be made by the Imps. Our football writer and a specially-selected panel give their views on where the Imps need to strengthen.

Swimming sensation Lizzie Simmonds is in the spotlight, as we look at her aspirations of making this year's Beijing Olympics in our Sports Matters series.

Athlete Blue Haywood is also featured. Find out why a stunning performance has ensured she is a record-breaker.

Plus, our regular Fish n Tips column returns to its usual Thursday spot.

All in tomorrow's Lincolnshire Echo, for just 36 pence.
