Sorry to see him go. Great servant to the club. Always gave 100%. Would love to have seen him and Ellie (who i hope now doesn't reconsider staying after hearing this news) at the back together in the new season. Can't blame him for wanting to play at a higher level, i still think he is easily Football League standard so Burton have got themselves some signing there. Good luck and best wishes for the future Greavsie. You'll always be welcome back at York Street!!

Not sure mate. Could well happen though. Farrell and Little Thommo apparently thinking it over. I always rated Westy when he was at Boston before. Was surprised Evans let him go when he did. But then again probably not so surprised as he must have wanted to sign a £30k a week Prem right back from his best ever mate Sir Alex Ferguson. Did he ever tell you he was friends with Fergie?? Oh and Mouriniho too. And Chris Waddle. And Andy Townsend. And Stan Collymore......... And Paul Gascoigne.....

It used to tickle me when Evans would say something of the like " I have a very good friend in Joe Bloggs of Carp Doalfo Utd lol! I think the only football person not on his Xmas card list was Gary Hill

Would be nice if some ex Pilgrims came back and helped the Taylor revolution, well those ex Pilgrims that did not want their footy boots or trainers stuffed full of fivers that is. That's what started the old silly mess off in the first place. Although an Imp, I have followed Boston United's fortunes ever since the days of Jim Smith. Let's hope it's not long before your glory days are back.

Yeah Mr Evans was full of the proverbial wasn't he! I guess the new 'honest bloke' signing policy rules out former players Ken Charlery, Mike Marsh....... and don't forget the once 'Best Midfielder In The Conference' and holder of the most bookings in a season for Boston for mis-use of his mouth... Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome... JIM DICK!!!!!
